Adam Cloud

Hartford City Treasurer

"I wanted to serve as the Treasurer of the City of Hartford for two reasons. First, as a member of this community my entire life and as a father to my own three children that my wife and I are raising here, this office represents a unique opportunity to contribute to where I came from – especially during these difficult times. Second, I wanted to serve because I believe the office requires a leader who not only has local roots, but who also brings value-added skills to bear, honed through decades of experience in Municipal Finance, Cash Management and the investment of Pension Assets.
